Artall Culture Group (ACG) is a subsidiary of SOHO Holding Group, a large-scale state-owned enterprise authorized by the Jiangsu Provincial People’s government, dealing with cultural assets operation and investment with a registered capital of RMB 360 million yuan and total assets of RMB 3.6 billion yuan. Its main businesses cover a wide range of operations with rich expertise in international cultural exchanges, artistic life experience, art investment and management, media and creative designing, exhibition and performance services. Its mission is to provide the best and the most professional platforms for cultural industry services.

Over the years, the “ACG” brand has won 10 national honors, 4 national project awards, and over 20 awards at provincial or ministerial levels.

During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, Artall Culture Group will be focusing on the development of new media and other industries such as “Culture + Finance”, “Culture + Public Services”, “Cultural Exchange + Trade”, and “Internet+”. ACG strives to build its core competencies, actively improve the harmonious corporate culture, comprehensively achieve coordinated and sustainable development, and build a domestic cultural industry cluster and a globalized organizational structure that interacts with overseas Artall cultural centers.

 HISTORY

Since the beginning of 2015, in order to create a new framework of cultural industry group, the Head Office of Holly Group has stopped the original bulk trade businesses for domestic and overseas markets. Instead, it has integrated cultural resources within the Group, and is now committed to the development of cultural industry.

On September 19th, 2015, the Group officially changed its name into Artall Culture Group.

In August 2011, in order to adapt to the integration of internal resources, Holly Group took the initiative to adjust its structure to promote the development of streamlined and specialized trading operations. In addition to continued support for listed companies, it also actively promoted the development of cultural industries. With the coordinated planning and strategic promotion of SOHO Holding Group, the Group made a total investment of RMB 433 million yuan to increase the capital for Jiangsu Artall Art Co., Ltd., and integrated six cultural enterprises under “Artall” and “Holly Group” in an M&A process to form the brand-new Jiangsu Artall Culture Industry Co., Ltd. The company is committed to the “Excellence Strategy” by combining the traditional arts and crafts with modern art, and by introducing market mechanism and modern technology into the traditional arts and crafts, so as to explore new paths for the development of traditional arts and crafts industry and make valuable contribution to “Going Global” trend and the growth and innovation of arts and crafts in Jiangsu Province.

In 2010, Jiangsu Province Silk Group, Jiangsu Province Textile Group and Jiangsu Holly International Group combined their strengths and made joint efforts in the merger and acquisition process for state-owned enterprise groups in Jiangsu Province. As a result, Holly Group became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group. Co., Ltd.

In 2006, Artall Art Center was completed in Jiangning District of Nanjing, covering a total area of ??nearly 20,000 square meters. It was recognized by Jiangsu Provincial Government as “Jiangsu Province Arts and Crafts Museum”.

In 1999, Jiangsu Holly International Group was established, which was authorized as a qualified investor of state-owned assets.

In 1998, Artall Art Museum was established. The Art Museum is located in Holly Corporation Building on Zhonghua Road, Nanjing, covering a total area of ??5,000 square meters. It used to be the largest professional and boutique art museum in China. It was also the predecessor of today’s Jiangsu Province Arts and Crafts Museum.

On the 1st September , 1997, Jiangsu Arts & Crafts Import & Export (Group) Company (JSAC) had its stock listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company among Chinese arts and crafts enterprises and foreign trade companies in Jiangsu Province. Stock code: 600128. The Stock was later renamed as “Jiangsu Holly Corporation”.

In 1988, the company was renamed as Jiangsu Arts & Crafts Import & Export (Group) Company.

Founded in 1979, Jiangsu Branch of China National Arts and Crafts Import and Export Corporation was the earliest origin of Artall Culture.
